Simon Denzler was appointed to the Lucot Investment Committee where he also holds the position of Director for the Lucot Group.

Simon has over 20 years of experience in the investment banking and infrastructure funding industry beginning in Corporate Finance back in the 90's.

He then moved on to a merger and acquisition advisory firm, and became it's CEO. He worked on the sale of B H and C Co. to FU Corporation and subsequently served in a number of different leadership roles, including M&A, Investment Banking and Capital Markets Divisions.

He ultimately became Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking, a business unit that included all investment banking/M&A, fixed income and equity sales and trading, private equity, corporate banking and treasury services/correspondent banking activities.
